League Information
Welcome to UA RISE Flag Football in London, the most exciting youth flag football experience for boys and girls ages 5-18, powered by Under Armour!
There are three divisions your child can compete in: 1. RISE (house league with the perfect dose of healthy competition), 2. NEXT (higher level of competition for advanced athletes), and last but certainly not least, 3. All GIRLS league for girls-only competition.
Ages: 8yrs – 13 yrs.
Play in our flagship league: a supportive, fun-filled atmosphere where players of all levels can learn, compete, and make new friends! Whether they’re seasoned athletes or just starting out, kids will benefit from a focus on foundational skills, fair play, and positive growth. Each player can invite one friend on their team, creating the perfect setting to build genuine connections while sharing the excitement of the game. Rise up with RISE flag football!

Ready to take it to the next level? UA NEXT is for teams and athletes seeking competitive play. Whether you’re a full team looking to compete in a high intensity league, or an individual experienced player wanting to push yourself against top notch athletes, this is where growth and competition collide. Full/Partial teams and friend groups are welcome!

Whether they're brand-new to the sport or already an athlete, our all-girls league fosters growth, friendships, and plenty of fun. TIME COmmitment
Thursday & Friday Evenings
May 1 - July 11, 2025
Game Schedule:
Each game night consists of a 50 minute practice followed by a 50 minute game.
Your teams’ game time will vary each week. Earliest practice starts at 6:00pm. Last game ends around 10:30pm.
Age Groups
UA Flag Football divisions are based on the child’s age according to the Football Ontario Roster Age Categories for non-contact football.
- U8 Division YOB 2018 thru 2020
- U10 Division YOB 2016 & 2017
- U12 Division YOB 2014 and 2015
- U14 Division YOB 2012 & 2013
- U16 Division YOB 2010 & 2011
- UA GIRLS SR- YOB 2009, 2010,2011
- UA GIRLS JR – YOB 2012. 2013. 2014
League Format
- All divisions are Co-ed, except ALL-GIRLS
- Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
- RISE: 6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field (UA RISE Rules)
- NEXT: 5v5 format on 25 x 60 field (Football Canada Rules)
- 8-10 player rosters so everyone plays every game
- Team practice will be conducted on gameday – perfect for multi-sport athletes
- No tryouts or drafts – rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players are placed on teams with similar schools or neighbourhoods
- All coaches are volunteers
- All coaches are volunteer parents
Registration Fees:
BASE REGISTRATION FEE IS $250 + HST = $282.50
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT is $25 + HST = $254.25 (until July 15, 2024)
LATE REGISTRATION CHARGE is $25 +HST = $310.75 (effective August 7, 2024 onwards)
Registrations close on Sept 1, 2024
(Siblings receive a $15 discount. The 1st Child is at Full Price with the 2nd and additional children receive the discount. It will be applied automatically within the registration platform.)
We at UA Rise Flag Football offer the following refunds within these specific timelines. All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner.
- FULL or 100% registration fee refund, if requested before uniforms, are ordered for the league which occurs 4 weeks prior to kickoff. Banking and Service Fees are Non-Refundable
- HALF or 50% registration fee refund, if requested after uniforms, are ordered and prior to the 1st game of the season. Banking and Service Fees are Non-Refundable
- NO REFUND request was submitted and processed after the 1st game of the season
- In the event that the UA Rise Flag Football season is cancelled prior to the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event such as a COVID-19 outbreak, then a HALF or 50% registration fee refund will be processed. If the season is cancelled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event such as a COVID-19 outbreak, NO REFUND will be processed.
