Position Overview
Ready to lead a RISE Flag Football league? As a RISE League Operator, you’ll manage all aspects of your league, from organizing teams and schedules to promoting registrations and fostering a sense of community among players and parents. This is your chance to provide kids with a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where they can develop skills, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
You’ll attract players, coaches, and volunteers by leveraging UA FLAG’s trusted brand and resources, and you’ll grow your league using proven systems designed to streamline operations and marketing. Whether you’re a sports enthusiast or a driven entrepreneur, this role lets you combine your passion with a unique business opportunity to make a positive impact in your community.
What you'll be doing
1. League Management:
- Oversee all aspects of your RISE league, from team assignments to game schedules.
- Ensure practices and games are well-organized and enjoyable for players and parents.
2. Recruitment & Outreach:
- Attract players, coaches, and volunteers through grassroots efforts and community connections.
- Build partnerships with schools, youth organizations, and local businesses.
3. Marketing & Promotion:
- Use UA FLAG branding and resources to create compelling campaigns that drive registrations.
- Promote the league through social media, email campaigns, and in-person events.
4. Community Building:
- Foster a sense of belonging and excitement within your league by hosting events, awards ceremonies, and parent engagement activities.
- Strengthen bonds among players, parents, and coaches through a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Operational Efficiency:
- Leverage UA FLAG’s systems to streamline league operations, from registration to game-day logistics.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, uniforms, and field resources.
6. Player Development:
- Emphasize skill-building and teamwork in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
- Work with coaches to implement development-focused practices and activities.
7. Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all players, coaches, and volunteers adhere to league policies and safety protocols.
- Address concerns promptly and maintain a safe playing environment.
8. Grow Your League:
- Plan for growth by exploring opportunities to add new teams, seasons, and events.
- Build the foundation for expanding into additional league tiers or programs in the future.
